Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Shanghai - Lishui by High-speed TrainDamushan Tea Garden, Songyang Old Town
Welcome to our 2-day Songyang leisure tour! Please take the high-speed train from Shanghai to Lishui (Suggested: G7325/08:20-11:28). Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up at the exit and transfer you to Damushan Tea Garden, where we will have a 20-minute bike ride.
The scenic spot provides tourists with interesting experiences such as sightseeing, tea tasting, and tea picking. Besides, you can also learn a lot about tea.
Cycling in the Damushan Tea Garden After that, proceed to Songyang Old Town, where numerous ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties have been preserved. Check in at the hotel and then move to dinner near the hotel on your own.

Songyang Old Town - Day 2: Songyang - Lishui - ShanghaiYangjiatang Village, Ruoliao Primitive Forest Scenic Area
After breakfast, drive about 20 minutes to Yangjiatang Village, known as the Golden Potala Palace. The dwellings built on the mountain are layered on top of each other, forming a typical stepped ancient village. There is a very century-old couple tree in this primitive village, which is very famous on the internet.
Yangjiatang Village After the visit, return to Songyang Old Town for lunch.
In the afternoon, have a hiking adventure in Ruoliao Primitive Forest Scenic Area, enjoying the unique natural scenery - breathtaking mountains, strange rocks, dramatic pines, and small waterfalls along the way. The rhododendron is widely spread in this area, forming a magnificent sea of flowers in May every year.
There are more than 30 streams and waterfalls, among which the Dajibei Waterfall has a drop of more than 70 meters and cascades down into three levels, which is quite spectacular.
Ruoliao Primitive Forest Scenic Area The 2-day Songyang tour comes to an end. Your driver will escort you (2 hours) to the train station for your return to Shanghai. We suggest you buy a ticket for G7340/19:15-21:54.
Note: If you want to extend your hike, you can buy a ticket for your return train G7462/20:23-23:00.
