Day-by-day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Terracotta Warriors & Banpo Museum Bus Tour
   Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Banpo Museum, Tang Dynasty Show (Lunch + Dumpling dinner)

   In the morning, the tour guide will meet you in your downtown hotel and then drive to the Terracotta Warriors. This magnificent tomb contains thousands of lifelike terracotta figurines, including infantry, cavalry, archers, and generals, creating a vast scene reminiscent of an ancient army. Each terracotta warrior has a unique facial expression and equipment, showcasing the astonishing skills of ancient craftsmen. Visitors can get a glimpse of the military splendor of the Qin Dynasty era and feel the grandeur and brilliance of this ancient civilization. In addition to the terracotta warriors, the tomb complex includes structures such as underground chambers, providing visitors with a valuable opportunity to delve into Chinese history and culture.

   

   After lunch, we will continue to visit the Banpo Museum, which showcases outstanding artifacts from the Neolithic period in China. Here, you can admire exquisite pottery, stone tools, and jade artifacts, revealing insights into the lives, craftsmanship, and societal development of ancient inhabitants. The museum also presents archaeological discoveries from the Neolithic period, offering a glimpse into the living environment and tools of that time.

   In the evening, you will enjoy the Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Show. Upon arrival at the theater, you will have dumpling dinner at the dining hall. After that, you will move on to appreciate the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show, which presents the splendid culture of the flourishing Tang Dynasty to visitors, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of a millennium ago. Actors adorned in magnificent ancient costumes gracefully dance, while the captivating melodies resonate in the ancient ambiance. Through dance and music, this performance showcases the charm of the Tang Dynasty, transporting people back to the glorious era of this historical period. The show will end at about 21:10.

   After the show, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

2. Day 2: Xian City Sightseeing Bus Tour
   Small Wild Goose Pagoda, North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian Ancient City Wall, Bell and Drum Tower Square, Muslim Quarter (Lunch)

   The tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby after breakfast. The tour will begin with the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, built during the Tang Dynasty, which stands as an outstanding representative of ancient Chinese architecture. With seven elegantly styled tiers, the pagoda houses numerous Buddhist scriptures and artifacts. Visitors also have the opportunity to explore the Xi'an Museum, which boasts a rich collection of historical artifacts and artworks. The museum showcases the continuous Chinese civilization from ancient times to the present, offering visitors an exceptional opportunity to gain in-depth insights into Chinese history and culture. Next, we will move on to the North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda to admire the pagoda from a distance and enjoy a relaxing time walking on the square.

   

   After lunch, we'll head to the Xian Ancient City Wall. The 600-year-old City Wall is the most completely preserved and largest in China. Visitors can optionally ride bikes on the top of the City Wall to see the city from a unique angle. After that, you will stroll around the Bell Tower and Drum Tower Square. The last stop is the Muslim Quarter. Many special local products and snacks can be found along this street. At the end of the tour, your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
