- Day 1: Pick-up from ChengduExperience the Joy of Various Snow Activities
Your tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the city center, train station, or airport (only available at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport). Honored as the "Ice and Snow Land in South China" and "Alps in the East", Xiling Snow Mountain is only 110 kilometers away from the city center and can be reached by car in 2.5 hours.
Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort The highest peak in the scenic area, Daxuetang, has an altitude of 5364 meters and the snow never melts all year round. The famous Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu once wrote a poem praising this scene, which was recited by Chinese elementary school students. In winter, this place becomes a world of ice and snow.
After arriving at the scenic area, the guide will take you on a 10 minute cable car ride over the mountains and enjoy the magnificent snow scenery along the way. After getting off the cable car, take a bus and arrive at Xiling Ski Resort in about 10 minutes. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier, there are ski slopes here that are suitable for different skill levels.
In addition to skiing, you can also try more than 10 snow amusement projects such as snowmobiles, snow flying saucers, dog sleds, etc. (for an additional fee). Or just enjoy the peaceful snow covered scenery.

Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today is another day for you to experience the joy of winter. Return to Xiling Ski Resort and continue exploring various skiing activities.
Afterwards, you will take a cable car ride of 40 minutes onto the Riyueping (Sun and Moon Platform). During the ascent, you will be surrounded by surrounding snow-capped mountains. This platform is an excellent location to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and magnificent sea of clouds scenery. If you happen to be here on a sunny day, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the magnificent Mount Emei from here.
