On this Xian night food tour, our local guide will lead you to try various delicious local foods hidden in the small lanes and share the history and culture of the dishes and Muslim Quarter with you. You may feel like a local wandering around the bustling street. You will have an unforgettable culinary experience.

1. Try authentic Xi’an snacks, such as Chinese hamburger – Roujiamo, Soup dumplings, Ice Peak (a kind of orange juice-like soda drink), and lamb & beef skewers.2. Learn about the immigration history of Muslim people there and the history of Muslim Quarter from a knowledgeable guide.
If your hotel is close to the Bell Tower, your guide will meet you in the late afternoon at your hotel lobby. For hotels farther away, the meeting point will be at the east foot of Drum Tower (Gulou, 鼓楼). Let the gourmet journey commence!
Your guide will delve into the immigration history of the Muslim community and the background of the Muslim Quarter. As you stroll, you’ll reach Fanji Restaurant, a renowned local establishment, to savor an authentic Chinese hamburger, Roujiamo, perfectly complemented by a can of Ice Peak (similar to orange juice soda). The culinary adventure continues at Jiasan Steamed Buns Restaurant (Jiasan Guantangbao, 贾三灌汤包), where your taste buds will be treated to exquisite sauces and fillings. The tour progresses to a charming local-style BBQ joint. Conclude the evening gastronomic exploration with a refreshing cup of Ice Peak or Plum Juice and indulge in a delightful persimmon pancake.
After satisfying your stomach, you and your guide will stroll around the Muslim Quarter for a while and then get back to the east foot of Drum Tower. You will arrange your way back to the hotel.
