- Day 1: Arrival in BeijingUnderstand the Sacrificial Rituals of Ancient Chinese Royal Families
Upon your arrival at Beijing Capital Airport/train station, our English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from the exit gate by holding a welcome board with your name. Drive around 1 hour to Beijing city and have lunch at first.
Then, take a guided Beijing tour of the Temple of Heaven where Emperors of the Ming and the Qing Dynasties prayed for agricultural harvest from Heaven yearly. Next, head to visit the Beijing local folk residence: Hutong Alley. There is an opportunity for you to take a rickshaw to explore Hutong to see the daily life of native Beijing people. Following the local expert guide, you will find another face of the city that is totally different from what you see on major streets

Temple of Heaven - Day 2: Beijing Great Wall TourEnjoy a Scenic Hike in Mutianyu Section
Meet your private tour guide at 8:00 am at your hotel lobby and start today’s Great Wall hiking tour on the famous world heritage, Mutianyu Great Wall which enjoys the best quality among all wall sections in Beijing. If you want to reach the highest point with less walk, your guide will help you to buy cable car tickets on the spot.
After lunch, on the way back to the city area, we will make a stop at Water Cube and Bird Nest where you can pay an outer visit to the gyms which were specially built for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. It would also be a great chance to take some great pictures.
When back to the city area you will visit the Summer Palace to enjoy the scenery of the best preserved and largest royal garden in China (Optional: enjoy a leisure boat ride on the Kunming Lake). Finally, go back to your hotel.

Mutianyu Great Wall - Day 3: Beijing DepartureVisit Landmarks in Beijing Including Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City
At 08:30 in the morning, your guide will lead you to visit the famous Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Located in the city center, the square is one of the largest city squares in the world. It is a sacred site for major celebrations, grand gatherings, and foreign affairs receptions in China. After a short sightseeing at Tiananmen Square, walk across the Golden Water Bridge and come to the splendid Forbidden City built 600 years ago, where you will be impressed by the gorgeous imperial palaces and vast storage of historical relics.
After lunch, transfer you to the airport/train station for your departure. Your 3-day Beijing tour ends here.
