Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Xian – Chengdu by Bullet TrainJinli Old Street, Jinsha Site Museum (Lunch)
In the morning at 07:30, the driver in Xian will meet you in the hotel lobby and transfer you to Xian Bei Station for the train to Chengdu. Please get off the train at Cheng Du Dong Station. The local guide will greet you at the exit by holding the welcome board with your name.
After train station pick-up, you will be escorted to visit Jinli Old Street. That street used to be one of the oldest and busiest commercial streets in Shu Kingdom. In that street, tourists will see some typical elements of the Chengdu lifestyle. E.g. Tea houses, taverns, bars, local snacks, handcrafts, local specialties, etc. After that, you will pay a visit to the Jinsha Site Museum., which unveils a captivating journey into ancient civilization. This archaeological site, dating back over 3,000 years, boasts remarkable artifacts from the Shu culture. Visitors can marvel at intricate gold artifacts, delicate jade pieces, and ancient relics that shed light on the region's rich history. The museum's modern architecture complements its historical treasures, providing an immersive experience that seamlessly bridges the past and present for an enlightening exploration.
When the visit ends, you will be escorted to the hotel.

Gold Mask in Jinsha Site Museum - Day 2: ChengduChengdu Panda Breeding Center, Wuhou Temple (Lunch)
After breakfast, your tour guide and driver will greet you in your hotel lobby and escort you to Giant Panda Center to get a close look at pandas in their different life stage: the infant pandas, the baby pandas, the young adult pandas, and the elder adult pandas. The lovely creatures will touch your heart.
After lunch, we will pay a visit to Wuhou Temple, dedicated to Zhuge Liang, the renowned strategist of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms Period (220-280). Next, delve into local cuisine and culture at Kuanzhai Alley, a historic area dating back to the Qing Dynasty. Transformed into a premier Chengdu attraction, its ancient alleys showcase well-preserved Qing Dynasty structures. Beyond enjoying traditional architecture, relish local delicacies in Chengdu, a UNESCO City of Gastronomy that promises delightful surprises with its culinary offerings.

A Lovely Panda - Day 3: Chengdu DepartureLeshan Giant Buddha (Lunch)
Today, we will drive for about 2 hours to our destination - Leshan Giant Buddha, a colossal statue carved into a riverside cliff. Standing at 71 meters, it's the world's largest stone Buddha. As you approach, witness the Buddha's serene expression and intricate details, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship. Visitors can explore the surrounding area, taking in breathtaking views of the confluence of three rivers. The site offers a profound cultural experience, allowing guests to delve into the rich history and spiritual significance of this iconic monument.
After lunch, our sightseeing begins at the temple situated behind the Buddha's head. Explore Wuyou Temple, an ancient Buddhist temple dating back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907), renowned for its collection of terracotta sculptures and Chinese calligraphic paintings.
After the tour, you will be escorted to Chengdu train station or airport for departure.
