This 4 days Xian Shanghai tour includes 2 days in each city respectively. Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Xian ArrivalCity Wall, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Muslim Quarter
AM: Upon arrival in Xi’an, Our tour guide will greet you at the airport or train station.
Noon: Lunch on your own.
PM: Your adventure begins with the 600 years old Xian Ancient City Wall. It is the most completely preserved and the largest city wall in China. If time allows, visitors can optionally ride a bike on the city wall.
Then pay a visit to Small Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the two architectures left from the Tang Dynasty in Xian. After finishing here you will enter Muslim Quarter, the best-known and colorful foot street in Xian. If you like our guide will escort you to some more alleyways in Muslim Quarter to see the real life of Muslim people here.

Small Wild Goose Pagoda - Day 2: Xian – Shanghai by Bullet TrainTerra-cotta Warriors and Horses (Breakfast + Lunch)
AM: Our English speaking tour guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby in the morning. Then directly transfer you to the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Known as “the eighth Wonders of the world”, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture, which is the most significant discovery of the 20th century. The splendid scene and format will leave you an impressive memory.
Noon: Lunch in local restaurant.
PM: Transfer to North Xian Railway Station to catch the fast train to Shanghai. Arriving in Shanghai meet your driver and check in the hotel.

Terracotta Army - Day 3: ShanghaiYuyuan Garden, Yuyuan Market, Jade Buddha Temple, Shanghai Museum, Old French Concession (Breakfast + Lunch)
AM: Today’s adventure start with Yuyuan Garden, a famous classical garden which was originally built for Pan’s parents as a place for them to enjoy a tranquil and happy time in their old age. Nearby is Yuyuan Market, a bustling marketplace set in an old Chinese neighborhood with traditional architecture and shops selling everything from local snacks to various souvenirs.
Noon: Lunch in local restaurant.
Yuyuan Garden PM: After lunch, continue to visit the hundreds-year-old Jade Buddha Temple. The temple was built to keep two jade Buddha statues which had been brought from Burma by a monk named Huigen. Then move on to visit Shanghai Museum at People’s Square. Established in 1952, the Shanghai Museum has a collection of more than 120,00 rare cultural pieces from the Old Stone Age to modern times. At last pay a visit to Old French Concession which is a residential area of Shanghai once designated for the French during the colonial period and now is popular with tourists and expats and appreciated for its cafes, tree-lined avenues, and houses.

Exhibits in Shanghai Museum - Day 4: Shanghai - Beijng by Bullet TrainZhujiajiao Ancient Town
AM: Meet your tour guide at hotel lobby. Then head to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town also known as the “pearl stream” with over 1,000 years of history, best known for its bridges and old streets and gardens built during Ming and Qing Dynasties. After visiting drive to the train station/airport for your departure flight or train.
