- Day 1: Arrival in Guiyang - Dafang County
Welcome to our 5-day Guizhou spring tour starting from Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou! Upon your arrival, a skillful local driver will be waiting at the airport or train station to welcome you. Then, we drive about 2.5 hours to Dafang county in Bijie city. Check in at a local hotel and take a good rest.

After breakfast, we go to the Baili Azalea Scenic Area, which is the only azalea forest park in China and is praised as the "ribbon of the earth" and the "garden of the world". The azalea forest here has a width of 1-3 kilometers and stretches for hundreds of miles, hence the name "Hundred Mile Azalea". The best time to visit is from the end of March to the end of April every year. Take a leisurely walk through the paths and you will appreciate the various azaleas. Upon reaching the pavilion on the top, you will capture a panoramic view of the 'Sea of Azaleas'.

Today, take a guided Guizhou tour to Huangguoshu Waterfall. Your private guide will lead you to Doupotang Waterfall first, located 1 km upstream of Huangguoshu Waterfall. With a height of 105 meters, it is the widest waterfall in the waterfall group. The amazing thing about this waterfall is that the cave to the left of the waterfall has a strange resonance when a huge flood passes by. After that, move on to Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, where you will see the essence of karst landform.
Huangguoshu Waterfall At 77.8 meters high, 101 meters wide, the famous Huangguoshu Waterfall in the park is the largest in Asia. There are six viewing platforms, allowing visitors to appreciate the waterfall from above, below, front, back, left, and right. Put on a raincoat and walk into the Waterfall Cave to get up close and personal with the waterfall, which is something else.
In the afternoon, transfer to Ditang Village to experience the authentic local culture. You will set up a camp in a limestone cave. If interested, you can help local Buyi people cook with fresh ingredients. Enjoy a unique dinner in cave, which will be a memorable experience.

Today's Guizhou tour takes you to a local Buyi village to admire the magnificent peak forests. Walk through the beautiful rice paddies and lovely Buyi villages.
