Welcome to our 5-day Jingdezhen tour to Huangshan! Upon arrival at Jingdezhen Airport, your driver will welcome you at the exit and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

- Day 2: Jingdezhen TourAncient Kiln Folk Customs Museum, Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum & Taoxichuan Creative Theme Market
Today is a full-day exploration in the world-renowned porcelain capital. Your driver and English-speaking guide will meet you at the hotel lobby after breakfast. Then accompany you to the Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Museum. It is like a living museum featuring the ancient dwelling complex from the Ming and Qing Dynasty, much traditional porcelain-making equipment, and revived ancient kilns. There are staff who show visitors how the equipment was once used.
Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Museum Then move to the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum to explore the development of Chinese ceramic. Displaying over 2,500 precious ceramic masterpieces of various dynasties, the museum offers you a chance to marvel at the exquisite skill of crafting delicate ceramic works.
Continue your visit to the Taoxichuan Creative Theme Market. Based in a closed ceramic factory, it is now a district where you can look into many creative studios, ceramic shops, exquisite ceramic works, and many elements of culture and entertainment.

Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue in the evening - Day 3: Jingdezhen to Huangshan TourHongcun Village
After breakfast, say goodbye to Jingdezhen and then drive about 2.5 hours to Huangshan City. Your Huangshan tour begins at Hongcun Village. Listed as a UNESCO site in 2000, the village is the place to encounter many original residences from the Ming and Qing dynasties with exquisite wood carvings, among which the Chengzhi Hall is the highlight, reputed as the "Folk Forbidden City".
Then your guide and driver will transfer you to the hotel for a good rest. BTW, you can prepare something for tomorrow's hiking in advance. You are highly recommended to prepare some snacks to keep your energy up and bring a jacket even in summer. And don't forget hiking poles, raincoats, and rain boots regardless of the time of year considering the mountain is notorious for rainfall.
Overnight in Huangshan
Hongcun Village - Day 4: Mt. Huangshan TourMt. Huangshan
Expect a full day of hiking and sightseeing at Mt. Huangshan today. Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the morning and drive about 1.5 hours to Mt. Huangshan. Upon arrival, you will take a shuttle bus to Cloud Valley Temple and then take a cable car to the upper area of the mountain.
Then hike to enjoy the beautiful scenery at the North Sea, Beginning-to-believe Peak, Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, and West Sea Valley. Along the way, you will see many uniquely shaped pine trees growing out of the cliffs. Your hiking will be rewarded with breathtaking scenery.
After the sightseeing, you will take the cable car down to the foot of the mountain and transfer back to your hotel (about 1.5 hours' drive).

Huangshan Hiking - Day 5: Huangshan DepartureLingshan Village, Hu Kaiwen Ink Factory, Tunxi Ancient Street
Meet your guide and driver at your hotel lobby in the morning after breakfast. Then head to Lingshan Village for a bamboo weaving experience. You will be introduced to local representative handicraft culture and learn to make your own bamboo weaving.
Huangshan Lingshan Village Continue visiting Hu Kaiwen Ink Factory, a time-honored ink factory that can be traced back to 1782. It is the place where you can see the whole process of making ink sticks (a type of solid ink used as a coloring material for calligraphy and brush painting in ancient China. ) and buying ink sticks of various shapes and colors.
Then, your guide will escort you to Tunxi Ancient Street for a leisure stroll. Believed as China’s best-preserved ancient street, Tunxi Ancient Street is now a pedestrian street highlighting ancient architectural styles of the Southern Song Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, and Qing Dynasty.
