Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Lhasa Arrival
Fly to the holy city of Lhasa, capital of the mystical Buddhist Kingdom of Tibet. You are greeted by tour guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure for you to relax and adjust to the high altitude.

- Day 2: LhasaPotala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street (Lunch)
AM: Tour starts from the religious Potala Palace (3700 m ) built in the 7th century by the famous Tibetan king-Songtzen Gampo. The present one was built by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. It became known as the “Winter Palace” by the 1750, when the 7th Dalai Lama built the Norbulingka Park as his summer residence.
Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.
Potala Palace PM: After lunch, you will visit Jokhang Temple which is situated in the old section of Lhasa. King Songtzen Gampo built this temple in the mid-7th century A.D. Now it is the most sacred place in Tibet. Pilgrims come here to pay homage from all over Tibet. Visit Barkhore Street in the evening.

Jokhang Temple - Day 3: LhasaDrepung Monastery, Norbulingka Park (Lunch)
AM: Full day sightseeing takes you to Drepung Monastery. “Drepung” in Tibetan means the hill of rice because this white Monastery looks like a big hill of rice. This monastery occupies an area of 150,000 square meters with 7700 lamas and becomes the largest monastery in Asia.
Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.
Drepung Monastery PM: After that, you will visit Norbulingka Park. In 1752, the 7th Dalai Lama built the first palace here for successive Dalai Lamas to carry out their political and religious activities during the summer season. Then, our guide will take you to visit a local Tibetan family and Tibetan carpet workshop for free.

Norbulingka - Day 4: Lhasa - Namtso Lake - Lhasa by CarNamtso Lake (Lunch)
Day tour to Namtso Lake (4718m)(3 hours driving) via Yangpachen hot-spring. You will have a chance to see Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges, and pass the Nagela (5190m). Namtso Lake is the sky lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and also the highest salt lake. You can do a little hiking around. On the way back, you can have hot-spring at Yangbachen if you like (Fee on your own).

Namtso Lake - Day 5: Lhasa Departure
Our tour guide will see you off at the airport in the morning and end the wonderful trip.
