Day-by-day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Xian Arrival

   Upon reaching Xian, your guide and driver will extend a warm welcome at the airport, ensuring a seamless transfer to your hotel. Take a moment to settle in and unwind. The rest of the day is yours to explore the city at your leisure. Wander through the neighborhood, explore local markets, or make the most of your hotel's amenities for a relaxing start to your Xian adventure.

2. Day 2: Xian
   City Wall, Great Mosque, Muslim Quarter, The Bell and Drum Tower Square (B + L + D)

   Considering that you arrive in Xi'an at midnight, we delay the start of the tour to ensure you are well rested. At 10:00 am, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and then visit Xi'an City Wall, one of the world's oldest and most well-preserved city walls. Spanning 13.7 kilometers, it encapsulates the heart of Xian. You can walk or cycle (optional) along its ramparts, offering panoramic views of the city. Immerse in history as the wall reveals ancient watchtowers, gates, and picturesque cityscape, creating a captivating experience of China's rich cultural heritage.

   

   After lunch, head to Shuyuanmen Culture Street. Immerse yourself in the charm of traditional architecture, vibrant markets, and local arts and crafts. This ancient street is renowned for its unique blend of history and contemporary creativity, offering an array of shops and stalls where you can find traditional Chinese calligraphy, paintings, and other cultural treasures. A short distance away lies the Great Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. Explore the serene surroundings, adorned with intricate carvings and beautiful gardens. Take some time for quiet contemplation or capture the mesmerizing beauty of this cultural gem with your camera. Whether you're a history enthusiast or a lover of architecture, the Great Mosque promises a tranquil and enlightening experience.

   Next, walk into the lively and bustling Muslim Quarter, where the streets are filled with the enticing aroma of local delicacies. Stroll through the vibrant market, sampling delicious street food such as lamb skewers, and various sweets. Engage with the friendly locals and soak in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. As you leave the Muslim Quarter, head towards the Bell and Drum Tower Square. Marvel at the ancient architecture and take in panoramic views of the city from this historic location. The Bell and Drum Towers have been iconic symbols of Xi'an for centuries. Capture the essence of the city's past and enjoy the cultural significance of these majestic structures. After all visits,  you will be escorted back to the hotel.

3. Day 3: Xian
   Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Dongxinjie Mosque, North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda (B + L + D)

   After breakfast, our guide will pick you up from the hotel and drive to visit Terracotta Figures Factory (three-color Ceramic Factory) where you will meet lots of typical Chinese-styled furniture and see the reproduction of Terracotta Figures. Next, continue to delve into history at the renowned Terracotta Warriors and Horses, revealing the eighth wonder of the world. The excavations in three underground vaults showcase exceptional craftsmanship from ancient times. Afterwards, return to the city to offer prayers at Dongxinjie Mosque, a spiritual pause in the day. Conclude with a delightful lunch at a Muslim restaurant, savoring flavors that harmonize with the cultural richness of Xian.

   

   In the afternoon, take a walk on the North & South Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Now there is a big square divided into North Square and South Square, surrounding the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The design of the buildings and statues on the squares is in Tang style, showing people the glory of that great time. It's busier in the evening when many activities with Tang elements are held by local amateurs. After the whole day's tour, you will be escorted back to your hotel.

4. Day 4: Xian
   Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian Museum, Luomashi Shopping Street (B+ L +D)

   Start your day with a visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, an ancient structure with a rich history. Take a stroll through the scenic area surrounding the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy the well-maintained gardens, traditional Chinese architecture, and peaceful ambiance. Capture memorable photos of the pagoda and its surroundings. Immerse yourself in the historical charm that permeates this cultural landmark. You will also explore the Xian Museum located inside the Small Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area, where priceless exhibits provide insight into the deep-rooted history of this ancient capital. Learn about the cultural significance of the pagoda and its surroundings.

   

   Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local halal restaurant, experiencing the unique flavors of Xi'an. Indulge in a variety of halal dishes that showcase the city's culinary diversity.

   In the afternoon, dive into the local shopping scene at Luomashi Shopping Street, where a blend of modern and traditional shops awaits. Explore a variety of boutiques, souvenir shops, and market stalls offering a range of goods, from traditional handicrafts to contemporary fashion. Alternatively, revisit the vibrant Muslim Street to purchase souvenirs and experience the lively atmosphere. Engage with local vendors, sample street food, and shop for unique mementos that capture the essence of Xi'an's cultural tapestry. After a satisfying day of exploration and shopping, take a stroll through the streets, absorbing the local ambiance. Enjoy the blend of modern and historic architecture, and perhaps indulge in some final shopping or take in the surroundings at a local teahouse.

   Later in the afternoon, you will be escorted back to your hotel.

5. Day 5: Xian Departure (Breakfast)

   In the morning, your tour guide and driver will meet you at the confirmed time according to your flight schedule. They will escort you to Xi'an airport or train station to your next destination or back home. Safe travels!
