After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, your guided Guizhou tour begins! Your tour guide will take you into Miao culture starting with a visit to a Miao village. There, you have the opportunity to learn about the origin of ancient paper-making art. We have arranged a unique experience for you - you will make your own unique paper crafts under the guidance of a skilled craftsman.
Learn the ancient art of paper-making Lunch will be enjoyed at a local farmer's house, which is made from freshly picked ingredients. In the afternoon, go to visit Da Boji Miao Village, named after its half shaped dustpan. There are only 92 households living here, and they have lived in this village for generations. Follow your tour guide to visit their stilted buildings - usually three floors. The first floor is used for raising livestock, the second floor is used for living, and the third floor is used for storing food.

Miao women here usually wear a pleated skirt that is only 5-8 cun long (17-27 cm), which is jokingly referred to as a "mini short skirt". They usually wear two dresses; And during festive occasions, wear three or four dresses adorned with butterfly embroidery. You can learn about the significant cultural significance behind these unique costumes.
