Day-by-day Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Guangzhou

   Welcome to Guangzhou, one of the busiest cities in China. Upon arrival at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, your driver will warmly welcome you and escort you to the hotel for check-in.

   You can explore on your own during the remaining time, and your private travel consultant can provide you with some useful advice. You can taste authentic Guangdong cuisine, one of the eight major Chinese cuisines, as dinner.

   In the evening, you are highly recommended to take a Pearl River night cruise (at your own expense). The cruise will last 70 minutes, during which you can witness the beautiful skyline illuminated by colorful lights. This is a perfect way to begin your Guangzhou tour.

2. Day 2: Guangzhou Sightseeing Tour
   Explore Guangzhou Cultural Heritages of Memorial Hall & Ancient Temple

   Begin your China tour in Guangzhou with a visit to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, which has a majestic and magnificent appearance. Your private guide will tell you about the founding father of modern China, Dr. Sun's great contribution to the country.

   Next, head to the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees (also known as Liurong Temple), with a history of nearly 1,500 years. Su Dongpo, a famous Chinese poet in the Song Dynasty (960-1279), once visited the temple and saw six old banyan trees. He was pleased to inscribe the words "Six Banyan", which led to the later generations calling the place Liurong (Six Banyan) Temple. Visitors can also see the Thousand Buddha Pagoda inside the temple, which is a famous ancient high-rise building in Guangzhou.

   

   After lunch, go to explore the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall for a deeper dive into Guangdong's cultural heritage. It is a well-preserved and representative folk building of the late Qing Dynasty (1616-1912). You will enjoy a large number of exquisite wood and stone sculptures here. Apart from that, the scenic spot also displays art exhibitions and photo exhibitions.

   Finally, relax on Guangzhou's busiest shopping street - Beijing Road.

3. Day 3: Guangzhou to Guilin Tour
   Visit a Lifelike Limestone Sculpture and Emblem of Guilin

   Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel then your driver will transfer you to board a high-speed bullet train to Guilin. After arriving in Guilin, the local tour guide will directly pick you up and start your Guilin tour of China. You will be guided to visit the natural limestone sculpture Elephant Trunk Hill on the banks of the Li River. It is named after a giant elephant with a long snout drinking from the Li River. Elephant Trunk Hill is lifelike and a typical representative of Guilin's landscape. It was designated as the emblem of Guilin in 1995.

   

   After that, take a leisurely stroll in Riyue Shuangta Cultural Park, Sun Moon Twin Towers. This is a stunning night view destination for Guilin tour, where you will admire the "World's First Copper Tower". The Sun Pagoda is 41 meters high with nine floors while the Moon Pagoda, a glazed pagoda, is 35 meters high with seven floors.

4. Day 4: Guilin Tour to Yangshuo by Cruise
   Enjoy Li River Cruise and Countryside Cycling

   In the morning, your tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and then transfer to board the cruise ship on Li River. The whole Li River cruise last about 4 hours and you will enjoy lunch on the ship. During the cruise, karst peaks covered in green vegetation can be seen everywhere.

   

   In the afternoon, the cruise ends in Yangshuo. The local driver will meet you at dock and transfer you to explore the West Street, which is located in the center of Yangshuo County. The street is famous for its rich exotic atmosphere.

   Drive to Yinziyan (Silver) Cave, which runs through twelve peaks and is a typical karst landform. You will explore stalactites developed in different geological ages, crystal clear, pure white and flawless, like the Milky Way slanting down in the night sky. Finally, visit Langzi Village, a well preserved village with a history of over 350 years. You will experience the authentic charm of Chinese countryside here.

5. Day 5: Yangshuo Tour to Shenzhen
   Countryside Cycling

   After breakfast, the 9-day south China tour in Yangshuo allows you to enjoy a countryside cycling tour through the scenic Ten-Mile Gallery. Immerse yourself in surrounding karst peaks.

   In the afternoon, you will be escorted to the airport to catch a flight to the bustling metropolis of Shenzhen.

6. Day 6: Shenzhen Highlights Tour
   Explore Global Landmarks at the Window of the World

   Your first stop on your Shenzhen tour is Window of the World. This is a landmark attraction in Shenzhen, covering an area of 480,000 square meters and featuring over 130 world-famous scenic spots. It also offers exciting entertainment projects, large-scale art evenings, and themed cultural festivals. You can see replicas of the Taj Mahal, Sydney Opera House, Buckingham Palace, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and more.

   

   After lunch, visit the Chinese Folk Culture Village. This will be an immersive cultural experience. There are 27 villages in the park, which were built under the guidance of Chinese folk experts, while maintaining the characteristics of ethnic minorities. You can learn about the traditional handicrafts, performances, and residences of various ethnic groups in China.

   Finally, the tour guide will take you to watch a charming night performance - Flying Dragon and Phoenix Dance. You can see colorful lights reflecting elegant dance movements, accompanied by beautiful music.

7. Day 7: Shenzhen to Hong Kong Tour

   Enjoy your free time in Shenzhen, and your driver will escort you to the railway station for a high-speed train to the bustling metropolis of Hong Kong. It is renowned as the Pearl of the Orient and a Shopping Paradise!

   In the evening, you can take a stroll on the Temple Street Night Market. The Night Market is 600 meters long and sells clothing, glasses, watches, toys, coins, accessories, paintings, and more. Street performers also often appear here, singing classic Cantonese songs. If you want to try authentic snacks, this market won't disappoint you.

8. Day 8: Hong Kong City Tour
   Begin with a Tram Ride to the Stunning Victoria Peak Views

   Start your Hong Kong tour in China with a visit to Victoria Peak, the highest point on Hong Kong Island. Many travel to Hong Kong just for its magnificent view. It offers a spectacular panorama of the city's skyline, the harbor, and the neighboring islands. You will ride the Peak Tram to the top.

   

   After that, head to Aberdeen fishing village, a historical area known for its view above water. You will experience a sampan boat ride (about 20-30 minutes), glimpsing the daily lives of the fishermen.

   The afternoon is free for you. You can consider taking the Star Ferry between Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island to capture the awesome views of the skyline. Or take a leisurely walk along the famous Avenue of Stars, which is a picturesque waterfront promenade where you can seen the Victoria Harbor and the city skyline.

9. Day 9: Departure from Hong Kong
