AM: At around 06:30-08:00, our English speaking tour guide and driver will pick you up from downtown hotel or the appointed meeting place (the available pickup location is within second ring road of Beijing city. If your hotel is beyond second ring road, please come to appointed hotel or subway station to join the tour). It will take about two hours from Beijing downtown to Mutianyu Great Wall, which offers a good chance to see the urban and suburban scenery of Chinese capital. Mutianyu Great Wall is the most scenic part of Chinese Great Wall. It was built in the early Ming Dynasty at 1368 and stretches for 5400 meters. 90 percent of the Mutianyu Great Wall is covered by vegetation. So in each season this part of the Great Wall will treat visitors with its unique scenery. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional (you can pay cash on spot).

Noon: After 4 hours on the Great Wall, we will have a simple lunch at a local restaurant.

PM: Transfer back to Beijing downtown at about 16:30 pm. The available drop-off places includes: hotels within 2nd ring road of Beijing city, Bird’s Nest & Water Cube, Tucheng Station of Subway Line 10 and Gulou Station of Subway Line 2 . You can freely explore the city on your own and get back to your hotel by yourself.
