The climate of Lijiang Old Town is influenced by the South Asian plateau winds. Therefore it has distinct dry and wet seasons and little change in temperature for most months. Monthly minimum temperature in the annual average of 7.75 degrees Celsius, monthly maximum temperature in the annual average of 19.33 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature in 24 degrees Celsius.
