In 1958, Luoyang Museum was built, with its original site in Guanlin, Luoyang. The new building of Luoyang Museum was completed in 2009 and officially opened to the public in 2011. The shape of Luoyang Museum is like a big tripod, symbolizing the historical heritage of the ancient capital.

From Luoyangdong Railway Station, take the bus No. 48 and then transfer to bus No. 201/77 to Luoyang Museum, which takes 1 hour 21 min. From downtown Luoyang, take bus No. 77 to Luoyang Museum, which takes 41 minutes.

By Taxi

It will take 25 min and cost 12-22 RMB to Luoyang Museum from Luoyangdong Railway Station. Or you can take a taxi to reach Luoyang Museum from downtown Luoyang, which takes 11 minutes and costs 6-10 RMB.
