01.
Guizhou
Appreciate the mountains, rivers and flowers
One reason for choosing Guizhou is that the temperature here during the Spring Festival is relatively suitable, and the scenery and culture of Guizhou are also unique, therefore, it is a place worth visiting again.
Our route is: Guiyang—>Zhenning—>Wanfeng Forest—>Xingyi—>Tianlong Tunbao.
When designing this route, we believe that beautiful scenery can not be missed, but we must avoid the crowds and be able to truly enjoy nature instead of taking photos glancingly. So we chose the Tianxing Bridge where is the secret place that few tour groups will go to. Springs gushing, waterfalls pouring, which is a wonderful encounter between the mountain and river.
Another breathtaking scenery is the Wanfeng Forest, where the karst landforms are integrated. In order to truly walk into this strange mountain forest, we also arranged the hotel here in the forests to experience being surrounded by tens of thousands of mountains. You will wake up early in the morning and see the mountains in the clouds. After breakfast, ride a bicycle to walk through the rape blossoms in the Wanfeng Forest. Return in the afternoon and learn about batik paintings with the local batik teacher.
The most unique thing in Guizhou is of course ethnic minority culture. We choose to take everyone learns about the culture from multiple angles of architecture, art and life: we will experience the stone villages built from top to bottom along the hillside and surrounded by mountains; then we will go to the ancient villages of the Buyi ethnic group, follow the local intangible cultural heritage musicians, and appreciate the unique cultural features of this group in the eight-musical singing of the Buyi ethnic group; and the most worth mentioning is that we also will go to Tianlong Tunbao(Denon Tunpu), a Han village hidden in the deep mountains, where the legacy of Han life that has been passed down since the Ming Dynasty. Many of these long traditions are the past that Han people living outside have forgotten.
We also selected the hotel based on humanities and nature, each with its own characteristics. The resort hotel in Guiyang is characterized by the ancient Tunpu architectural art. The hotel in the scenic spot is right next to the viewing platform, where you can enjoy the moon and stars and mountains. The inn in Wanfeng Forest is also the most wonderful viewing spot in the scenic spot. There is also an organic farm in the inn, where you can experience the joy of “Sangma” together with your family.

Xishuangbanna
Explore the Jingmai Ethnic Culture
Of course, Xishuangbanna is a very popular travel destination, especially during the Spring Festival. How to really explore the essence of Xishuangbanna without getting tired of running around and avoiding the crowd is the key point.
Our suggestion is a theme tour. You don’t have to play Xishuangbanna all at once, but have a thematic in-depth experience. The following route is based on the theme of “Cultural Exploration”.
We all know Pu’er tea and the ancient tea-horse road, but few people know the story of the soul of the tea tree in the ancient tea garden of Wengji Village in Jingmai Mountain. This is also the story of the Bulang people. We will follow the Bulang people in the ancient tea garden in the cloud to find the tea king tree, and listen to the stories of the Bulang people about their ethnicity and tea. We will learn about the crab feet on the tea tree and the leaves that can make tea. From picking tea, frying tea to final pressing and packaging, we will experience and complete every process to experience the unique culture of this nation.
Another ethnic group that we want to take everyone to know is the Ximeng Wa ethnic group. We will visit the most mysterious sacred place of worship of the Wa, the longmoye, where the Wa people worship the gods, worship their ancestors, pray for peace. Everywhere you can see here is the solemn, varied poses, great visual impact and soul shocking bull head. Wengding primitive tribe and Longmoye can be called the two towers of the Wa culture image, and they are indispensable. Here are the living fossils of the development of human society. Besides, there are 3,500-year-old cliff paintings in Muyiji Sacred Valley. We will discover the scenes of life, hunting, and sacrifices of the ancestors of the Wa people in the late Neolithic period.
This route is very suitable for older children, especially children who are eager to learn about the world during adolescence. Understanding different lifestyles in a different land can make them aware of the vastness of the world.
Itinerary:
Day1: Arrive at Jingmai Airport and head to the hotel on the top of the mountain.

Under the guidance of professional teachers, we will explore the secrets of tropical plants at night.

Yunnan
Dali&Nu River Dam
“A Wonderful Journey of Coffee and Rafting”
For a holiday in Yunnan, we would choose Dali before, because Dali is relatively easy to reach and a relaxed destination. This time we have enriched the itinerary in Dali and added the Nu River Dam area in Baoshan, Yunnan.
Our route is: Dali — Baoshan — Nu River
We chose Xizhou Ancient Town in Dali and stayed in Yanbaocheng Mansion of Xilinyuan, which is a settlement area of Bai nationality, with the most preserved and best Bai residential buildings. There is no need to hurry this day, just wander in Xilinyuan, among the traditional bracket sets, cornices, gate towers, Screeb walls, gables, or at the foot of the fields and mountains in Xizhou, let yourself slow down and escape from busy life.

Arriving at Nu River Dam is a wonderful journey about coffee. This is the main producing area of China’s arabica coffee. We have chosen two coffee estates with their own characteristics. One has a modern building that has been shortlisted for the 2020 China Architecture Annual Award, and the other has more than 50 types of Arabica Coffee on a high mountain at an altitude of 1,800 meters. These two coffee estates will also be our lodging places, so we have the time to enjoy the charm without any hassle.
As the last lodging spot, we chose to camp on the Nu River because we want to experience the Nu River rafting here. There are many rivers in China, but Chinese people are far away from the rivers. The Nu River is the only big river in China without a dam, and it is also a holy place for drifting.
Itinerary:
Day1: Arrive in Dali, Xizhou Ancient Town.
Day2: Xinzhai Coffee Manor, experience coffee tasting, roasting, grinding, brewing; chat with the owner of the coffee manor and the village.
Day3: Manor No.1 on the Peak, guided by a guide to learn about the manor and the village; hiking on the ancient tea-horse road (official road)
Day4: Rafting on the Nu River
Day5: Departure.
