Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your downtown hotel at 8:00 – 9:00 am. The tour will start with Banpo Neolithic Village (1 hour visiting time). This New Stone Age site, dating from approximately 5,000 to 4,000 B.C., is one of the most complete examples of a Neolithic agricultural settlement in the world.
Afterwards, on the way to Huaqing Hot Spring, you will pay a short visit to the Terracotta Figures Factory, where you will learn the process of making figures and appreciate some fine artworks. You will have the opportunity to buy some mini warriors as souvenirs if you are interested. Then, continue your visit to Huaqing Hot Spring, also known as Huaqing Palace, which has been a royal excursion and bathing destination since ancient times. It is said that Yang Yuhuan (the favorite concubine of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty) used to bathe here. There are relatively complete cultural sites, gardens and landscapes, ancient buildings, old trees, and other relics from the Zhou, Qin, Han, Tang, Ming, and Qing dynasties.
At noon, enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch, you will be guided to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. The Terracotta Army is the largest ancient military museum in China, built on its original site, and is often hailed as the eighth wonder of the world. The thousands of soldier and horse clay figurines unearthed here are diverse in appearance, vivid in expression, and constitute a brilliant gem in the history of ancient Chinese sculpture art. Originally painted, the unearthed terracotta figures have mostly lost their colors due to fire and immersion. You will have about 2.5 hours exploring the museum. You will also have a glimpse of Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum in the car on the way back to the Xian downtown.
When the tour ends, your guide and driver will escort you to your hotel.
