Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Guiyang Arrival, Langde Miao Village
Take an early morning flight reach to Guiyang Airport. Upon arrival, our local driver will pick you up on time by holding a board with your name on it. Then a 3-hour drive will take you to Kaili. Visit the Langde Miao Village which is home to Long Skirt Miao people (an ancient tribe of the Miao ethnic group). Holding many wooden buildings dating back to 1616-1911, the village is a live museum of Miao Culture.
Transfer to your hotel and check-in.
Langde Miao Village - Day 2: Kaili - Guiyang: Shiqiao Miao Village, Matang Village
Start today by leisure wandering in the Shiqiao Miao Village. The village is famous for the traditional paper-making process dating from Tang Dynasty. You will get a chance to see how craftsmen make paper with local natural plants.
Then, spend your time in Matang Village. It is home to Gejia people who are not listed as 55 minority groups in China. People here are good at traditional Gejia batik. If you like, you can get a chance to learn the technology of batik with a skillful craftsman. (Optional)
Drive back to your hotel in Guiyang after the whole day trip.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall National Park. At 77.8 meters high, 101 meters wide, the famous Huangguoshu Waterfall in the park is the largest in Asia. A visiting to here would be an invigorating experience, never miss it when you travel to Guizhou.
The highlights you can expect include Waterfalls Cluster, Water-Curtain Cave, and Rhinoceros Pool (Xi Niu Tan). Get ready to be inspired by its breathtaking roaring and magnificent scenery from different angles.
At the end of the day, drive back to Guiyang.
