We (a family with kids) spent a great day in Xian with Noble our local tour guide from Joy Travel (China Xian Tour) visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Temple and the Terracotta Army site. The sites we visited were amazing. Noble was very knowledgeable of history and culture of Xi’an, including its many royal dynasties and emperors. He was great at engaging kids and made the trip fun for them; as well as very resourceful when we needed food and other things. Highly recommend Noble and Joy Travel agency!

We booked our summer break with China Xian Tours/Joy Travel again. This time we flew to Xining to ride the world’s highest train (also the most scenic train) to Lhasa from where we continued on a private tour via Shigatse, Mount Everest Base Camp, and Jilong to Kathmandu.

Our China travel advisor Sophia from Joy Travel was most helpful providing different options, adjusting the travel plan to our needs, arranged the Tibet travel visa, hotels, and managed to get us the hard to acquire tickets for the Xining to Lhasa train. She is always ready to respond quickly to inquiries or assist whenever we need….

We went on a 8 day private tour from Xining to Dunhuang.

Thanks to Kelly from China Xian Tour to arrange all things needed. Very helpful and professional. Our guides: Sally (guide from Xining to Qinghai) and Adam (guide from Zhangye to Dunhuang) are amazing. We had the most memorable trip to North Western part of China. They provided insight on the history of the destinations/attractions, brought us to the best local restaurants, queued for entrance tickets and made sure that we were comfortable and safe the entire trip.

Zhangjiajie was AMAZING!!!! Mountains from another world. And our tour guide Lily was super knowledgeable but also very kind and funny. We had an amazing time. Also I really recommend Kelly from Joy Travel & China Xian Tour as she was really helpful to tailor the the trip to what we wanted and needed and organized it from abroad! I recommend 100%.

It was amazing to use China Xian Tour services. First, I needed ticket to The Song of Everlasting Sorrow in Xian and I couldn’t find anywhere. I promise a friend that I would watch this show, so Rui from China Xian Tour tried her best to find me the tickets. She organized everything from my pick up at the hotel to the tickets that were almost sold out. She got me one of the last tickets of the show, which was amazing. I watched the 00:25h session!! The driver was also very good and he even waited for me at the hotel, since I fell asleep before the show! Shame one me!

As always Sophia from Joy Travel organized a wonderful private tour to Shangri La in Yunnan, it was a very rich and wonderful experience, with a lot of knowledge with Pema, our excellent local guide and Mrs. Li, our local driver.

Amazing tour! Ken, our guide took great care of us! We got to go to the best places in xian (terracota Army, Muslim district, wild goose pagoda…) Highly recommended the service!!!

Me and my friend booked this private tour of 9 days to Beijing, Xian and Shanghai. We had no good idea on what to expect, although looking back, our experience said it all. Our private driver in Beijing picked us up with his car from airport to hotel in the morning after our arrival and from that moment China adventure began. We have seen and Experienced so many things during the 9 days. Most nights we slept in authentic hotels with nice locations, all were beautiful and special. We received a warm welcome everywhere with our super knowledgeable guides (Angela in Beijing, Noble in Xian and Caroline in Shanghai )who made our trip of China extra special.

As I got sick on Monday, Kelly at the China Xian Tour agency was very kind and understanding so she rescheduled my Beijing Great Wall tour on Tuesday, which turned into a private instead of a group tour. I have spent the whole day visiting the Great Wall of China at Badaling, Jade factory, one of the Ming tombs (the best-kept one) and nice tea demonstration. Our tour guide, Michael, was a very friendly, kind and informative man. It was joyful to spend a day with him. I highly recommend this travel agency!

Kelly our tour coordinator in China has been very helpful organizing our family trip of Yunnan and the tour guides of all places are friendly and fluent in English. Will definitely contact Kelly for our next China tour.

Had a great day on the Huashan Mountains with China Xian Tour. Rui made what could be a complicated day very easy. We drove there in a new comfortable air-conditioned van with a great driver. Our guide, Noble, spoke great English and was really pleasant and guided us around the various mountain peaks with ease. Given the large tourist crowds this was very helpful.

The mountains are beautiful and we had a great time and workout. I highly recommend using China Xian Tours if you want a hassle free great day in the Huashan Mountains.

We just visit Guizhou with China Xian Tour. Sophia, my China travel consultant is the best in organize trip for us. Actually, she had done some other trips for us like Gansu and Silk Road. Very reliable. I always happy and no worry when she handled our trips in China even with group tour. This private Guizhou trip is over my expectation with Jacky.

We had a wonderful family trip in Xian. Noble Liu, our local guide is professional,very knowledgeable about history and passionate about his job. We had visited Terracotta and Han Yangling in one day. We also managed to squeezed in Tuo Ling Legend which showcase the Silk Road (with live camels, water and rotating seats). We would not hesitate to recommend Noble Liu and China Xian Tour for anyone who plans a family tour to China.

We passed 19 days China tour including Yangtse river cruise, Chongqinq, Zhangjiajie, Yunnan, Lhasa, and Chengdu. All arranged by Sophia from China Xian Tour. what a wonderful trip! All very well organized and Sophia returned me in awhile when l need a help or information. Thanks a lot.

It was a great experience engaging China Xian Tour for our family trip to Yunnan. Our tour guides showed their expertise and took care of us and the children. The driver was friendly and smiling throughout the trip. Hotels in Dali and Lijiang were also a great experience with excellent service. We had such a great trip.

We did a tailored 5 days China tour of Shinaghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou. Our private guide for 4 days in Shanghai, Suzhou and Zhujiajiao was Maria. She was incredibly knowledgeable professional and enthusiastic about sharing her love of local history and culture. For our day trip in Hangzhou we had Lulu as our guide and she was also fantastic.

My wife and l want to go to see Xian and Chengdu in China. Find a couple of China travel agencies from Google. Finally have Kelly from Joy Travel (China Xian Tour) to custom make our 10 days China holiday. Hotels at all locations are good, drivers are courteous and professional. We have a perfect holiday. will ask Joy Travel to arrange our trip to China next year.
